Your entire brand world, figured out in one session.

One focused session that gives your product brand a personality, an ethos, a clear gap in the market to own and a direction for how it should look and feel. You leave with a document that tells you exactly what you're building, whether you build it yourself or hand it to me.

Personality, ethos, competitor map and a launch roadmap, in one designed document.

Shelf Ready Sessions 🛍️

Most product brands don't get ignored because the product isn't good. They get ignored because nothing about them sticks.

Most founders build in the wrong order. Packaging gets designed before anyone has decided what the brand actually stands for. A site goes up before there's a personality to put on it. Then six months in, none of it feels like the same brand, and it all gets redone at twice the cost.

The fix isn't a bigger launch budget. It's knowing exactly who your brand is before anyone designs a single thing.

so, what actually is it?

Strategy, minus the waffle

The Shelf Ready Session is where your brand gets decided. In one focused session we work out who it's for, what makes it different, the personality that makes it stick and the direction it should look and feel like. You leave with a designed document you can actually build from, whatever you do next.

Brand Personality & Positioning

Who your brand is for, what sets it apart, the personality that makes it memorable, and how that personality should translate into the way the brand looks and feels.

What's inside:

  • The audience you're actually for, and the one you're not
  • Your point of difference, written as a sentence you can repeat
  • A brand personality: character, tone of voice, the words that are yours and the ones that aren't
  • How that personality should show up visually: the mood, the feel, the territory to design into

Your competitive landscape

A look at 5 to 6 brands you'll be sitting next to, physical shelf or digital, where they're strong and the gap that's yours to own.

What's inside:

  • 5 to 6 competitors mapped on how they position themselves and how they look
  • Where each one is strong, and where each one is predictable
  • The white space nobody in your category is standing in

Your launch roadmap

What to build first and in what order, so you always know your next step.

  • The order to build in, from name and identity through to packaging, site and launch
  • What you can safely do yourself and what's worth paying for
  • What to leave until after you've launched
  • Your Brand Personality Bible PDF

Everything written up in an 8 to 12 page document you keep and can hand to an investor, a developer or a future designer.

  • All of the above, properly designed, not scrappy notes from a call
  • Yours to keep and work from for as long as the brand exists
  • One round of tweaks included
  • Investment: £650

And here's the part I like:

If you book a full project with me within 60 days, the whole £650 comes off your project fee. So if we carry on together, the session pays for itself.

    How it works…

    Day one

Check out and pick your date

The moment you pay you get two things: a link to book your call straight into my calendar, and your short intake questionnaire.

    1 / 5

    Any time before the call

    Tell me about the brand

Fill in the questionnaire before we meet. The product, your plans, where you want it to end up, and the brands you're loving and the ones you're not. Takes about fifteen minutes.

    2 / 5

    The week before the call

    I do the digging

Before we speak I research your category and map the 5 to 6 brands you'll be sitting next to, so we spend the session deciding things rather than catching up.

    3 / 5

    Session day

    We meet

A 60 minute working call where we settle your positioning, your personality, your point of difference and the order you should build in.

    4 / 5

    Within 7 working days

You get your brand personality bible

I write it all up and design it, then we have a 30 minute handover call where I walk you through it and you ask me anything. One round of tweaks if you want to adjust it.

    This is for you if…

You're launching or relaunching a product brand in beauty, wellness, skincare, or lifestyle.

You want a personality people can feel in everything, from the packaging to the way you caption a post

You want a clear direction on how your brand should look and feel.

You want people to remember your brand and come back to it, not buy once and forget it

*And probably not for you if you already have clear positioning and just need the design work done, or if you want the brand, packaging, or website designed in this session. Let's talk about a full project instead.

I'm Nikki, a branding and packaging designer with around nine years' experience building brands with personality.

My studio work has been featured in Vogue, Tatler, and Glamour, and I've helped brands like OURA Matcha, NINI, Hempress Hygienics, and Rêvehaus find a look and a voice people remember. This session is the same strategic thinking I bring to a full project, distilled into one focused piece of work you can act on straight away.

    Frequently asked questions

    Is this just a chat?

No. It's a working session with real deliverables, and most of the work happens off the call. Before we meet I research your category and map the brands you'll be sitting next to. Afterwards I write and design the whole thing up.

You end up with a positioning and personality direction, a competitor landscape, a launch roadmap, and a document you keep.

Couldn't I work this out myself?

You could have a go, and plenty of founders do. The reason it rarely sticks is that you're far too close to it to see how your brand looks from the outside.

What you're paying for is nine years of building product brands, an honest outside opinion, and someone who has watched what happens to the ones that get this bit wrong.

Do I need to have my product finished?

No, and it often works better if you haven't locked everything in, because this shapes the decisions you're about to make. If your product is further along, that's fine too.

What if I already have a logo or some branding?

Bring it. We'll work with what you've got and I'll be honest about what's serving you and what isn't. This is about direction, not redesigning things that already work.

Will you design anything in the session?

No, and that's on purpose. You'll leave knowing exactly how the brand should look and feel, the mood, the personality and the territory to design into, but not a finished logo, packaging or website.

That's a full project. This is the thinking that makes a full project good.

How long until I get the document?

Within 7 working days from our call. Then we talk it through on the handover call and you get one round of tweaks if you want to adjust anything.

Can we go further after the session?

Often, yes. Plenty of people use the session to get clear, then book a full brand or packaging project to build it out. Do that within 60 days and the whole £650 comes off the project.

    How soon can we start?

There are only two sessions a month, so it depends what's left. You'll see live availability when you go to book, and if this month has gone you can take a slot in the next one.

Ready to get your brand shelf-ready?

Two sessions a month. £650, deducted in full if we go on to a full project. Let's get your brand decided before you build it.
